What is an Island Funpass?

The Island Funpass is an all-inclusive day Pass for 1 or more days. Within the selected days, you can visit all the attractions for free. The Island Funpass also includes maps, directions, and free island hopping and adventure tours.

Is there an Island Funpass for children?

There are reduced prices for children and teens. For young children the entry to attractions is usually free.

Is there an Island Funpass for groups?

If you need ten or more passes, please contact our group services via phone or contact us.

Can I transfer my Island Funpass to friends or family?

Each Island Funpass is named and not transferable. However you can easily purchase an Island Funpass for your friends or family and have them issued in their name.

Are there special discounts for military, students, senior citizens, or the disabled?

The online offer for the Island Funpass is already greatly discounted based on the advantageous conditions of our partners. Therefore there are only 2 pricing categories for adults and children. There are no further special conditions or discounts available.

Can I purchase the Island Funpass as a gift?

Yes, the Island Funpass can also be purchased as a gift. You must simply give the name of the Funpass holder during the ordering process, or you can order a gift voucher. To order a personalized gift voucher, please contact us.

What happens if I visit an attraction twice?

Every Island Funpass generally entitles you to a single entry to each of our partner attractions during the period of validity. For exceptions, please read the terms and conditions which you will receive with your Funpass.

How can I change the data in my booking once the purchase has been completed?

A change of dates is treated as a cancellation. In exceptional cases, when the order has not been processed or shipped, a cancellation fee can be waived. For changes to the period of validity, name or age of the traveler, please contact customer service.

What happens if I lose my tickets?

Printable or mobile Funpasses or tickets: You can log to “My account” at any time with your user name and print the ticket out again, or send it as a ticket to your smartphone. Passes or tickets sent by post mail cannot be replaced.

Up to when can I cancel my Island Funpass?

Any Funpass can be cancelled up to 1 day prior to your departure date by contacting customer support. A cancellation fee is applied to each Funpass. If any paper tickets or entrance permissions have been mailed to you, please send these back within 10 days without any entries or damage.

Can I book an Island Funpass for somebody else?

Yes, you can! Please enter the corresponding traveler information during the checkout. You can also provide a separate billing address in the second booking step.

How can I get my Island Funpass?

Collection: You collect your Funpass at a central location within the respective city. You’ll find opening hours and the exact address on the collection receipt for pick up that you receive via e-mail after booking. Please print out your personal collection receipt and exchange it for your actual Funpass at the collection location.

1) Shipping by postal mail: For an additional shipping fee, we will send your Funpass via postal mail to the address you provided.

2) Express shipping: For an additional Express shipping fee, you will receive your Fun Pass as soon as possible via Express courier.

3) E-mail/ Online ticket: You will receive your Funpass or your tickets via e-mail for self-printing or to use on your smartphone.

Can I book my Island Funpass last minute?

Yes! E-tickets and pickup vouchers will be sent within 24 hours after receipt of payment. You can also select delivery by Express courier as a shipping option during checkout.

What should I do if there is a problem with the completion of the booking?
